The lower left canine is both infected and fractured. Grafting was with autogenous bone and Augma Bond Apatite®. Due to uneven socket wall levels for the canine, and implant was selected with 2mm machined collar. Augma provided bone and soft tissue enhancement. The tissue is holding around the machined collar.
The final images are 18 months after restoration.
